• Property and brokerage data. Information you enter to generate marketing materials, such as property addresses, property details, asking prices, and brokerage or agent information.
• Payment information. When you make a purchase or subscribe, payment details (such as card information) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. SellCRE does not store full payment card numbers.
• Usage and device data. Analytics about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and device information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating Offering Memorandums, attraction maps, and email templates from the data you submit.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, support requests, and service-related updates.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance, security, and features of the Service.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing of Your Content

To generate marketing materials, the property and brokerage data you submit is processed by artificial intelligence models, including models operated by third-party AI providers. We share with these providers only the information needed to produce your requested output. We do not sell your User Content.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers. With third parties that help us operate the Service, including Stripe (payment processing), AI model providers (content generation), mapping and property-data sources, and cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SellCRE, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and the property and brokerage data you submit for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, including continued access to OMs you have generated. We may retain certain information longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us at support@sellcre.ai. You may also opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages; we may still send you service-related communications.

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Service functions.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
